Master A Jesse Daniel Raj of XI MPC (B) has been selected as “ Student Space Settlement
Design Architect for the II Asian Regional Space Settlement Design Competition by
the Planetary Society , India and stood first in the " Asian Finals" and is going to represent at
KENNEDY SPACE CENTRE, N.A.S.A.,FLORIDA, U.S.A.
Mohan Harini Shree of VII/A took ILE Flyers in August – 2005 in Chennai and
was awarded the following:

Listening - 3
Speaking - 5
0.1 % Merit certificate from CBSE to Master Bishwadeep Dhar in Mathematics – 2005
B M Birla Science Centre awards certificate of merit to Sowmya Dixit in the
Annual Painting Competition in the age group 10-12 year.
In the Green Olympiad test Tarang Kulkarni secured the 1 st Place in the school and
296 rank in the country.
Miss Manjusha of XI MPC has secured 9th position in Long Jump at National Level.
Junior Science Olympiad (J.S.O.) & Junior Maths Olympiad(J.M.O.)-Enrichment course:
Master Tarang Kulkarni- IX A and Master K. Bharat - IX B were chosen from
AECS-1 for the training to be conducted in Mumbai from May 1st to 10th, 2006
Navneet Publications Limited declared G.Sneha Goud of VIII/A as the first Prize
winner of Navneet Paint-O-Fun Colouring Contest

Integrated Pest Management(Pheromones)(Science Project) gets third prize in All India Science Exhibition
held at Mumbai guided by Ms. C. B. Kameshwari and Ms.Emeelya Percy.Prize winners are Tarang Kulkarni-IX/A,
B. Radhika-IX/A, Sneha Goud-VIII/A, D. Krishna Kishore-VIII/B.
Students of Atomic Energy Junior College brought laurels to the state by
bagging the 2nd position in the Inter-State competition on culture, general awareness and
quiz at New Delhi recently. The programme was conducted as a part of the
Doordarshan programme “Khel Khel Mein Badlo Duniya” in New Delhi recently.

One of our teachers, Shri L. SAI BABA was selected for the prestigeous Teacher Fellowship Programme
by the most acclaimed HOMI BHABHA CENTRE FOR SCIENCE EDUCATION, TIFR,MUMBAI. Under the able guidance and
with unrelenting inspiration from Dr.Subramonyan, he evolved an open web site-for
problem solving, called MATHWIKI-A resource for problem solving.The MATHWIKI project aims at synthesizing
Informations and communication Technologies (ICT) to build resources for mathematics education of problems in school mathematics,
that can be hooked up by students and teachers.
It is based on WIKI Philosophy - that user can also contribute to the material on the MATHWIKI pages, blurring the distinction between author and reader.
